Research services

We offer a full research service if you are unable to visit us in person. This includes:

• Requests for photocopies or scans of specific items from the collection, such as extracts from a book, a journal, or newspapers article.
• Requests for research on a particular subject, place, or person. This research may include staff searching for and providing photocopies, scans, or transcriptions of archival documents.

Reprographics Services

We can also provide copies of resources either digitally or in hard copy for use in private research, subject to Copyright Law. Please note that we cannot provide copies of all the resources we hold due to data protection and copyright restrictions, and conservation reasons.
