Arriving by car

Clifton Park Museum is on Clifton Lane (A6021), half a mile from Rotherham town centre.

If travelling by car, you can reach us from junctions 33, 34, or 35 of the M1, or junction 1 of the M18.

The driveway at the front of the Museum building provides access to the car park.

There is a second car park on Doncaster Road. This car park gives direct access to the park. The Museum is a few minutes’ walk.

Arriving by bus

From the Rotherham town centre interchange, you can take the X1 bus which will drop you off at Clifton Park Museum. There is a bus stop immediately outside the Museum.

Rotherham Central train station is only 15 minutes' walk to Clifton Park Museum.
