18 June - Nelson's Cub Club: Dig! at Clifton Park Museum
Join Little Nelson and his Lion family to explore objects from the museum's collections and engage with them through stories, songs, and play!
Nelson loveeessss fossils! Will you put on your best archaeologist outfit and come and help him find all the fossils we have at the museum? Some of which are hundreds and hundreds of millions of years old. Even older than dinosaurs !
Key information
- Nelson's cub club is for under 5s and their families.
- There are two sessions for each event day during term time:
- A morning session that runs from 10:00 until 11:30
- An afternoon session that runs from 12:30 until 14:00
- There will be space to park your buggies.
- All sessions are FREE and include a drink and small snack.
- The session numbers are extremely limited. We will be operating on a first come first served basis. The afternoon sessions are usually quieter than the morning sessions.
- We will meet in the drawing room every other Wednesday (10:00 until 11:30 and 12:30 until 14:00) during term time.
